Confirm which change happened

A cancellation, postponement, reschedule and time change are different outcomes. Check the venue’s current event page and the message from the seller that handled your order. A social post or search suggestion may retain an old date after an official update.

Keep the purchase route clear

Locate your order confirmation, original seller, event date and support contact. Buying from a resale marketplace does not create an order with the venue’s primary box office. Ask your own seller which options apply to your order; do not assume another marketplace’s published policy governs it.

Before accepting a replacement date

Confirm the new city, venue, date and entry requirements. Check whether your original ticket remains valid or requires replacement. Separately review hotel, flight, parking and activity reservations. A concert change does not automatically change those bookings.

Avoid paying twice in confusion

Save notices and support messages. Before buying replacement seats, verify whether you already hold a usable ticket. Never enter payment or account details through an unsolicited refund link. Reach the seller through the official site or your original confirmation.
